3. Swollen tongue

4. Restless leg syndrome
Iron deficiency can cause sufferers to experience restless leg syndrome or restless legs. In this syndrome, there are vibrations that radiate in the legs, a kind of electricity. This makes sufferers have the urge to keep moving their feet like someone who is nervous.
